Baptism

Baptism or Christening are different names for the same service. Baptism is the means by which we become members of the Church Family. Most people are baptised as children but it is possible to be baptised at any age.

In baptism a commitment is made to a life of faith either by the candidate themselves or by parents and Godparents. In baptism we are called into a lifelong journey of faithand ask for the Church's support.
