IF YOU BELIEVE that someone you know is at risk of, or is being abused, or poses a risk to others, please report the matter immediately to the LOCAL AUTHORITY SOCIAL CARE SERVICES or the POLICE. 

In case of an emergency, call 999 if you or anyone else is in immediate danger.
