Confirmation

CONFIRMATION is an important step in your faith journey.  It is the moment you affirm the promises made during your baptism and commit to following Christ.

If you were baptized as a child, those promises were made on your behalf by your parents and godparents.  At confirmation, you take ownership of those promises with the support of family, friends, and your church community.

During the service, the bishop will lay hands on you and pray that the Holy Spirit strengthens and guides you. This is a solemn yet joyful occasion, offering you God's blessing and a chance to deepen your relationship with Him.
