If you are struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one, Uppingham has a Bereavement Help Point that offers a free drop-in service run by trained volunteers who provide emotional support and practical information for anyone experiencing loss. The help point is a friendly, safe space to share emotions and gain information. It operates every Thursday 3pm to 5pm; it is located at The Falcon Hotel, located at 7 High Street East, Uppingham LE15 9PY.
