Labrador Retriever Luna brings joy and happiness to Uppingham care home residents says manager of Wisteria House, Jayne Sharratt.
Luna and her human mum, Judith Hart, make up a PetsAsTherapy team who take their principles of being passionate, inclusive, ambitious, joyful and collaborative to the places that they visit in the area.
Residents look forward to their weekly visits when Luna loves to be stroked and being offered small doggy treats.
The staff at Wisteria say Judith and Luna bring joy all round - Luna has a special knack of making everyone smile and shares this magic to brighten their days.
Luna has been a regular attender at church services since moving to Uppingham.
